Booking & Cost Related

  • How does the rental process work?

    Booking your bounce house rental or water slide rental in Oklahoma is simple. Browse our inflatables, choose your date, and submit a reservation request. We’ll confirm availability, send your invoice, and handle delivery, setup, and takedown for a seamless experience.

  • How far in advance should I book my inflatable?

    For best availability, reserve your party rental, bounce house, or water slide 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for Holiday weekends, school events, and summer parties. But we know life happens and try to accommodate shorter notice bookings when available! 

  • Is a deposit required to reserve a rental?

    A minimum of $50 deposit is required to hold any bounce house or water slide. Your remaining balance is due before delivery.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Deposits are refundable up to 72 hours prior to rental, but may be transferable depending on the situation. Contact us early if your plans change, and we’ll work with you.

  • What’s included in the rental price?

    Every rental includes delivery up to 15mi, professional setup, and takedown of the inflatable. We also provide all required equipment, including the blower, extension cords, and proper anchoring for safe use.

    All inflatables are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each rental, so they arrive ready for your event. There are no hidden fees — everything needed for a standard setup and general cleaning is included in the price listed on our rentals page.

  • Do you deliver and set everything up?

    Yes — we provide full delivery, setup, anchoring, and takedown. Our team ensures your inflatable is safe, secure, and ready for fun.

  • What surfaces can you set up on?

    We can set up on grass, turf, concrete, asphalt, and most indoor surfaces. We install all bounce houses and slides using industry-standard stakes or sandbags for absolute safety.

  • Do I need a power source for my inflatable?

    Yes, most inflatables require one standard 110V outlet within 75 feet. If you don’t have power onsite, we offer generator rentals for an additional fee.

Time, Safety & Policies

  • How long is a standard rental?

    Most of our inflatable rentals include up to about 8 hours of playtime, with options for overnight or multi-day rentals depending on your event needs.

  • What happens if it rains or weather is bad?

    If weather conditions become unsafe (heavy rain, lightning, high winds), we offer free weather rescheduling or cancellation options. We never set up when conditions could compromise safety.

  • Are you licensed and insured?

    Yes! We are fully licensed, insured, and state-inspected for legal and safe operation in Oklahoma. All of our commercial-grade inflatables are cleaned, sanitized, and safety-checked before and after each rental.

  • Do you require a waiver or rental agreement?

    Yes, all customers must sign a digital rental agreement and safety waiver before delivery. This ensures the safest and smoothest event possible.

Usage, Age & Special Cases

  • What age groups can use your inflatables?

    We offer a range of inflatables for toddlers, kids, teens, and adults- something for events of all ages!

  • Can adults use the bounce houses or water slides?

    Most of our inflatables and slides are built to handle adult use. Ask us for recommendations based on your crowd!

  • How big are the inflatables, and will it fit in my yard?

    Each inflatable has different size and space requirements. For your convenience, the exact dimensions and required setup space are listed in the description of each inflatable on our rentals page.

    We recommend reviewing those details before booking to make sure the inflatable will fit comfortably in your yard or event space, with adequate clearance for safe use. If you’re unsure or have a unique setup area, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help you choose the best option for your space.

  • Do you set up indoor rentals?

    Yes! We will set up any of our bounce houses, slides, or obstacles inside as long as the size of the building exceeds the footprint of the inflatable. Please contact us if you have further questions about this.
